The Key Account Management workshop offers a dual perspective on the topic:
From the position of the supplier, but also from the position of the retail buyer. The workshop is delivered by Daniela Sima and Cătălin Stancu, trainers who have over 15 years experience in the retail market.
The program benefits from the share of experience gained in 21 previous editions, attended by over 360 specialists (Sales Managers, National Key Account Managers, Key Account Managers, National Field Managers, Key Account Executives) from Romanian and multinational companies.

- Building an Account Template;
- The negotiation process with IKA stores;
- Maximizing the results of an analysis meeting;

The Key Account Management seminar will be held on 6-7th of February, 2020, at the Ramada North Hotel (Daniel Danielopolu Street, No. 44) in Bucharest, between 9am and 5.30pm.
