Oana Ciornei is the Managing Partner of Amrop Romania and a Member of Amrops’ Global Board. She is a trusted advisor in leadership and senior management appointments, board composition, strategic restructuring and talent acquisition programs. Oana is a core member of Amrop’s global Digital Practice.
Oana joined the organization in 2010 when her firm became Amrop in Romania. She oversees the strategic direction and operations of Amrop in Romania and serves as Senior Consultant for the following practices: Digital, Consumer and Industrial.
Previously, Oana worked for almost a decade at Coca-Cola HBC and later in the Korn Ferry alliance in Romania. Easy to approach and always with her feet on the ground, Oana believes that talent cannot exist in a vacuum and the power of an organization lies in teams. In addition to his academic career, he has been active in consulting for the past 20 years. His research interests are grouped around two major areas: psychology applied in an occupational context and in human capital issues and psychological and educational testing and evaluation.

Dragos Iliescu is a university professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest, where he also leads the doctoral school. In addition to his academic career he has been active in consulting for the last 20 years, being involved in or leading a number of important projects related to psychological and educational testing and evaluation, in commercial or governmental contexts, in Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. His research interests are grouped around two major areas: psychology applied in an occupational context and in human capital issues and psychological and educational testing and evaluation (with a strong intercultural component). Dragoș Iliescu has served in various official capacities for a number of national and international professional associations; he is the former President of the International Test Commission (ITC). He is Associate Editor of the European Journal of Psychological Assessment and is the author of over 100 scientific articles, book chapters and books, among others being the coordinator, together with other prestigious colleagues, of the internationally awarded volume “International Handbook of Testing and Assessment”, published in 2016 at Oxford University Press and the author of the monograph “Adapting Tests in Linguistic and Cultural Situations”, published in 2018 at Cambridge University Press.
