What is ``Leaders for what's next``

Our Leadership Academy is a highly personalised online development program. Before starting, we’ll do a pre-assesment of your team. This will be followed by a series of modules covering subjects as self-leadership, how to lead people, emotional intelligence and leading change, among others.

Pre-assessment:

On-line assessment regarding the potential of leadership, based on NEO PI-R LD, the most famous international tool for evaluating adult normal personality based on the Big-Five model of personality.

Empowerment - Final session with Aslak De Silva

Aslak De Silva, CEO of Nordic Business Forum and Associate Trainer at Sfera Business will deliver a session regarding the benefits of leading by empowering your team. This training session includes plenty of examples from his experience leading a team that successfully organizes events with over 7500 participants and hires speakers like Barack Obama and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
