What we do

In Sfera Business, consultants are former and current practitioners in different fields of business. We do not want to, and have not, disconnected from our field of expertise. This is what brings value to the courses we deliver, along with those over 15 years of relevant experience, for each of us.

  • Diana Dodoc Stanculescu is an IANLP, John Grinder and OVNLP Accredited Coach, and holds the Practitioner, Master, Coach, and Master and Teacher Trainer certifications, obtained from the Kutschera Institute in Vienna. Focuses on providing NLP for business services, which are focused on increasing management and leadership skills, communication skills, and increasing problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Florin Glinta is an organizational psychologist and has completed the transformational coaching school Mindlearners, ICF accredited. His services focus on performance and development coaching (including career development).
