After 15 years as Marketing Director at Big4, Elena Badea is moving into entrepreneurship

Sfera Business has a valuable professional in the team starting today. Elena Badea joined the company as a Partner and Senior Consultant, having built a career of over 22 years in marketing, sales and business development. For 15 years she has been Marketing Director of a leading international company operating since 1992 in Romania. During this period, for 10 years she led the Marketing & Business Development department, after which she coordinated the PR and brand communication activity with the rapid evolution of the company over the last 5 years.
“For me it is very important that Elena chose to come to the Sfera Business. “It is an important change for me and the beginning of a road that brings me a lot of construction work ahead. Apart from training and consulting for business people and entrepreneurs, I also want to develop projects for young people who are at the beginning of their career or entrepreneurship. For over 7 years Elena Badea has been involved in the academic field, being invited to teach courses within the Master program of the Griffiths School of Management in Oradea. She has coordinated numerous researches on the business and entrepreneurial environment in Romania and has been involved in training and coaching programs for managers and business people, but also in social responsibility and education projects. She frequently publishes articles in the press and is invited to speak at numerous national conferences on current marketing and business development topics.
In the last three years she has taught more than 300 hours of courses, both within some multinational companies and within large Romanian entrepreneurial companies. The topics she addresses include: marketing and communication, business development, account management, body language in business, presentation techniques, networking, personal brand development, sales psychology and neuromarketing.
