In the autumn of this year, Catalin Stancu and Catalina Aldea will run a program dedicated to annual negotiations with International Key Accounts, a program built and applied on the market of FMCG producers and distributors. Compared to the edition from Dec 2014 – Feb 2015, attended by over 30 representatives of important companies in the industry, such as Orkla Foods, Dobrogea Group, Titan, Overseas, Bonduelle, Scandia Foods, Boromir, Alka Trading, Crama Oprisor, Chocolatier , Whiteland, Mercury, the 2 modules of this year bring in the consistent experience of Catalina Aldea, guest of Sfera Business for Retail events.
The workshops will address, in separate modules, elements of strategy of collaboration with the International Key Account, as well as negotiation techniques and tactics specific to meetings with IKA buyers. This is why the spectrum of the main audience is widened, and the program is addressed this year to the management of commercial departments.
The groups will be limited to 20 participants to allow consistent interaction and adaptability of discussions on real issues in negotiations with IKA.

- October 22-23, respectively, November 05-06 – Module 2 – “Modern Trade – Negotiation” (2-day sessions).
