Lorena has over 10 years of experience in Business Call Center (last and the most relevant being in the Microsoft Store – Arvato Services process) and as Sales Specialist Trainer & Coach and Sales Coordinator.

Her main focus is identifying improvement areas within the sales and negotiation process from various companies, showing new perspectives for the methodologies used in training, customized on product and people. These are meant to increase productivity and personal motivation that further on can be seen in the performance of the sales department and of the entire business.

Being a certified ANC and COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) Trainer at in international level, Lorena develops and facilitates training programs customized on the needs and requirements of every project of the clients she collaborates with.

Therefore, she gives a balance between the time she invests in the training programs (motivation, communication, sales) and the attention to reaching the objectives.
